Training Methods and Diversity

I am a graduate student at PSU. I am getting masters in training and development. I am working on my master thesis on training methods and diversity or multicultural issues and I would appreciate if you could reflect upon the following questions:
- What are the challenges that you face in particular with a diverse group of people?
- How do you make right ideas to match the right problem?
- What are the different learning styles and communication styles that you may encounter with people of different cultures?How do you choose the training methods for the multicultural audience?
